VEGAN COOKING with BECKY STRIEPE of GLUE AND GLITTER
Eating vegan can seem overwhelming and expensive, but it doesn't have to be! Learn the basics for building a healthy, vegan meal that doesn't use expensive specialized ingredients. We'll be building hearty, healthy mashed potato bowls with barbeque baked tofu and garlicky sauteed kale. And we'll mix up a hand-crafted cocktail to go with.
Students will have the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of Becky's book, BOWLS!, during the class.
This class will have a maximum of 8 students. Minimum of 2.
Cost: $75, includes instruction, supplies, cocktails and a meal to eat that you've cooked at the end of the class!
My name is Becky Striepe (rhymes with "sleepy"), and I am a vegan food writer from Atlanta, Georgia with a passion for making our planet a healthier, happier, and more compassionate place to live. My mission is to make vegan food accessible to everyone!
Becky taught one of our most popular workshops at Craft Escape in 2015 ... pickling! She is also one of our original craft vendors and longest-running ICE volunteer.
